The Cincinnati State ASCE Student Chapter was able to tour an apartment complex with  retail space on the first floor. The tour was provided by Greg Martin from Milhaus Construction.

Below is a discription of the gantry project created by Milhaus Consturction:

Gantry is revitalizing a former lumberyard and railroad depot near Downtown Cincinnati, OH in the historic neighborhood of Northside. The project will be located in the heart of the neighborhood’s eclectic business district, which dates as far back as the turn of the 19th century. As the first new construction project of its magnitude in this diverse community, the mixed-use project incorporated extensive design collaboration with neighborhood residents and adherence to the neighborhood’s historic guidelines. The LEED Silver candidate mixed-use property will include three new buildings, totaling 131 apartments and approximately 8,000sf of retail space. A mix of studios and one and two-bedroom units with contemporary urban finishes such as granite countertops, designer lighting, in-unit laundry, and wood-style flooring
